The Help Desk provides a single point of contact for all your IT related problems and queries. When contacting the Help Desk by using http://yuc-hd/it please ensure you have the following information to hand:

11 – The Lab Services:
We are ensuring the quality of service at any time, during lab sections if you have any kind of problem for e.g.
- Accessing computer (Login problem)
- Projector not working
- Not able to display slides on projector
- Facing problem to work on Sympodium
- Internet Problem etc.
Your allow to contact any IT personal to resolved your problem at that instant during lab section or during having class.
