VISION

To be a leading center in continuing education and community services in Yanbu area by 2012.

MISSION
To enable individuals, public and private institutions, and the community at large to continuously learn and develop. CECS intends to help individuals unleash their human potentials for the purpose of attaining higher levels of performance and competitiveness, as well as strong and valued relationships with local and regional communities to help them address a range of social issues.

OBJECTIVES
1. To improve individual and institutional skills and capabilities by offering various high quality training programs.
2. To help raise levels of institutional performance and competitiveness by offering consultation services to public and private institutions.
3. To develop professional performance and career prospects of employees in both public and private sectors by offering professional programs.
4. To enhance and extend knowledge and skills of unemployed sectors of the community and prepare them to find and hold jobs.
5. To serve the community by utilizing available human and technical resources within the college, through a number of assigned projects and to help the community overcome its problems.
